We dig deep with some of the health issues she experienced from eating a high protein diet and after being hospitalized 3 times decided to stop eating meat and embrace the plant based life.
Marzia talks about how eating more plant based has completely changed her life and gives valuable tips on how we can all add more plants and fiber to our lifestyle.
