This is a super vulnerable episode where Brittany talks about her past battle with binge eating and how she now helps others conquer and thrive. She reveals her insight and knowledge about binge eating and the psychology behind it including the brain science ( neuroplasticity) and deeper healing work. 

She explains that when we "diet", we are restricting food, so naturally our body's physiologically wants more food, so when we have a poor relationship with our body this can then lead to binge eating and extreme behaviors.

Brittany digs into the psychology and habits of self sabotage and asks the question, "Why do we feel like we have ruined our day when we stray from our food plan or take a bite of a "forbidden" food"? She dissects self sabotage and how we can overcome those habits. 

She gives tactical action steps toward a fulfilling live where food no control our day or quality of life and when we live in a "food abundance" vs a "food scarcity" mentality our brains will shift out of the deprived state and start to make decisions based on what we need  instead of an "out of control" mentality.
