Thank you so much for tuning in to another episode! In this episode I    talk about my wake up call, my "ah ha" moment that changed my life. Shifting your perspective is not easy and it is not something that will happen overnight. I dig deep into the moments that gave me a wakeup call and reminded me that my life is so much more than my body or the food that was consuming me. 

 

I give examples as to what you all can do to shift your perspective and mindset. 

1. Do not attach your happiness to something tangible or material 

2. Gratitude

3. Focus on a passion project, side hustle or hobby that allows you to pull the focus from your body and into that thing you are working on. 

4. Focus on strength in the gym vs the scale 

5. Support system
