In this episode I talk about how we react to situations and people can have a huge affect on us negatively/positively. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. The same goes with how we respond to situations.
Does how your react create stress , anxiety , sadness? Change the narrative and respond differently than what you normally do.
It all starts in our mind and you all have the power to truly have a positive life--- it all starts right in our minds and behavior.
