In this episode I had the chance to chat with Carb Cycling expert Lindsay Huelse, creator of the FittCycle.
We talk about preventative health measures and why sometimes it is tough to change your routine and habits. Carb cycling and the benefits of this way of eating. She is eliminating the fear that many have around carbs and teaches women how to work with those foods and workouts.
She also talks about how important having a supportive community of like minded people that support each others goals. Lindsay is all about educating and figuring the "WHY " around the "WHAT".
