In this episode I chat wit Holistic Nutritionist, Best Selling Author and Wellness Expert Kelly LeVeque. I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly last year at a book signing where I had a total fan girl moment. I    picked up her book "Body Love" which I LOVE and now patiently waiting for her book that launches this December. 

Kelly talks about her Fab Four which is the perfect mix of protein, fiber, fat and greens. Which serves to keep you full and give you all the nutrients and wholesome foods that balance insulin, blood sugar , cortisol and overall health. 

She talks about her pregnancy and how she handled pre and post natal health as well as some complications (Bash- her son) had during delivery. Kelly is open about the science behind food and how it affects us as well as could possibly effect your child. 

Kelly opens up about dieting and how diets could ultimately fail you in the long run. 

She opens up about her celebrity clients, which include Jessica Alba, Jennifer Garner, Rachel Hollis, Chelsea Handler, Molly Sims, Emmy Rossum...
